If you have any comments or suggestions to make, you can speak to the Practice Manager or leave details in writing at Reception.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please speak to a member of staff, or lift a copy of our Complaints procedure leaflet from the Reception area.
ZERO TOLERANCE
We have a zero tolerance policy towards violent, threatening or abusive behaviour. Our staff have the right to work in an Environment free from such behaviour. If you do not respect this, we may have to call the PSNI and may have to arrange to have you removed from our Practice List
